TurboTax Download is okay

I've always enjoyed using Turbo Tax online, however the payments have gone way up for me to complete my federal and state. My father recommended the download version and it's been very difficult to use. I've had to update the file quite a bit and my e-files have been rejected 2x now. I never had this problem with the online version.

I use Turbo Tax every year to prepare my own taxes as well as taxes for my elderly parents. Turbo is so thorough and intuitive. It guides me through every step and makes sure I have included all. I LOVE the downloading feature from brokerages/banks. It makes inputting so much EASIER!

I have used turbo tax for many years with no problem but, this was not very good this year. I was disappointed in the software, it was not very smooth it would freeze up and then start again and it seemed glitchy. I sure hope next years is a lot better, if not I will be using a different software to do my taxes.
