This was not easy to use this year 2021!

This software was not easy to use this year, 2021. I was asked to pay $42.95 X 2 pre-state forms to use before I could use two states forms and $25.00 x 2 for processing fees from Mn & Wis to file my returns. This was only shared with me in the final filing steps.

Had to enter same info multiple times. Disaster relief section was a mess. Had to fill out multiple times for it to finally take my "no" answer

I have been using Turbo Tax since the late 1990's. It turns a rather dreaded, distasteful, annoying task into a well explained and coherent couple of hours. Thanks again for all the great help!

I have been using TT for a number of years and had been satisfied and that is why I purchase and use it each year.
However, even though my situation is the same as last year, TT has not been a pleasure to use this year.
It has had many issues and errors and some incorrectly phrased questions.
I am so disappointed that I will be looking at other products as possible substitutes for next year.
