Easy to Use and Much Improved!

I've been using Turbo Tax for more than 15 years now, and until now it really amazes me their product continue to improve. Easy to use and I don't need to go to an accountant to pay hundreds of $$$. Even their price is very affordable and doesn't even increase.

Improved ease of use with more intuitive direction

2021 version is an improvement over 2020 in that directions are more intuitive, i.e. easier to understand. While there are still some unclear instructions, many more confusing ones have been replaced with more clear and understandable language. Unfortunately, there is still a problem creating a single TurboTax file. Somehow, like last year, I ended up with three files: the original, the completed one and one that was started then ended. The worst spot was working through instructions on 1099-MISC. Data is entered in one place. But a small pull-down instruction states that the results of the entries won't show up until a later section. That problem alone cost me an hour of work trying to determine what happened to results of my input. Finally, the app kept telling me that I was using "English (Turkey)" rather than "English (USA)" which it said could cause some errors. I never was able to find how to change the language. Overall, I have to say this is still the bet game in town in despite its glitches!

Does NOT get me the best refund

When paying taxes, the window for paying is too big nd does not resize even when adjusting the screen resolution. Only the top color of the button shows. You have to guess that pressing blue is the correct button. FIX IT!

Been using Turbo Tax for a number of years now, and find that it is simple to use and alot cheaper than paying someone to do my taxes for me.
