I have used Turbo Tax for over 35 years. I was audited twice, ended up with flying colors both times. I will continue to use Turbo Tax. It is very user friendly and has tips and answers to questions all throughout the process.

Have used Turbo tax since 2018. I love it, it is user friendly and when I have had questions, they have answered them......will use again next year.

Upset that wouldn't download last year's PDF.

The pdf from last year's return would not download to 2021. I didn't have a 2020 TT file because I used the online TT last year, not realizing I could have bought the program and downloaded it onto my computer. I had to input all the information and risk forgetting something for this years return. I've used turbo tax since the mid nineties, mainly because of the ability of importing the previous year's data. I think I should get a credit for next years program, not the internet version either!

Turbo Tax App is great, website a bit tricky

The Turbo Tax application is great to use and very straightforward & helpful. The only critique is the website and getting to the download pages can be very tricky. It felt like I was sent to multiple login pages. (Intuit, Turbo Tax, Turbo Tax download). Due to the data being processed I can understand the multiple logins but it can be a bit trying.
