State file NOT FREE

Evey year you claim there is a free state file but i have never received it yet. I have asked year after year to fix it. But it will tell you there is a free state tax file but then it charges you at the end.

Great year after year, but with one flaw...

I've used TT for probably 10 years (starting with MacInTax). The only thing that continues to annoy me is in the review phase - the "errors" that are shown on screen have no context for what's needed to fix the problem. I always end up going to the form view and looking for the exclamation marks to know what I'm fixing and how to fix it. I would make the product perfect if you spent some time to rework the review phase.

This turbo tax is terrible!!

it did not give me the option to do my school taxes, but when I done my husbands it did. Now I have to find a way to file my school taxes! I even went back several times to do so and it still would not give me the option. This is the second time I got a bumbed cd from turbo tax!! Will not buy one again!!

TurboTax works well, but Schedule 8812-an issue!
