Not quite as intuitive as in the past. Updating stalled out completely and I had to call tech support to get instructions on how to remove, reinstall and load my return which I had finished when the update was required. Great customer support from Providence in tech support.

TURBO TAX IS POOR.

IN 2020 & 2021 I have to send in my returns by mail. In 2020, i was told to send in my return by mail due to an internal problem with the turbo program. In 2021 the return was returned as the IRS said they could not identify me by the turbo tax data. They required me give my AGI from 2020. it was again rejected by the IRS. I have used Turbo tax for about 30 years, but this is my last year. Get your programing right.
