The $25 state efile fee is a joke

I get that the $25 fee for state efile is to make money to cover the cost of giving state modules for free. But $25 is a killer for most people. Sham on Turbo Tax. A nice $10 fee would be approriate.

Needs Improvement

Turbotax is a good program but there is room for improvement. It would be better if you didn't have to re-entgerr your bank account and id info every year unless it has changed. It would be helpful if you just had to verify that the information is still correct without having to provide it again. Also, you have to manually type in your credentials to download your data from your financial institutions. They should allow you to copy and paste thai information rather than having to type it in.

Great tool to prepare tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for more than 15 years. The tax laws changed a lot. Without the software, I don't think I would complete the filing. I appreciate the updates each time I turned on the application. Tax filings become so much complicate these days. The import function from the finance institutes is definitely a big plus. Well done, turbo tax teams!

print problem

Many times i was unsure what to enter. auto entry or 1099's did not work, although In can access the websites with no problem. Could not convert to pdf file - or the program could not find it. finally got a printout via file explorer, but not sure how.
