the only trouble I had was using the payment screen for filing my state return. I could not scroll down to confirm my address and had to call customer support.

Turbo tax

I had a lot of trouble logging into my account this year. I've used Turbo Tax for years and never had this much trouble. My account could not be located using my birth date and my SSN. I spoke to a person on the help line who was pleasant and helpful. She told me to fill out a recovery form and assisted me but that was rejected! The actual software worked well as usual. I was ready to give up on my account and download H&R Blocks program. Eventually was able to create a new account but this all took me an hour to an hour and a half before I actually got to doing my taxes.

Turbo Tax is Great, but ...

I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years but had to stop because of some major tax changes. I went back this year. The experience was easy as usual. The one comment I have is that when the program did the error check, I could not go directly to the place where the error was found. I found this frustrating since I could only fix the error on the error check site rather than returning to the original place where the error was found. Even doing a search did not help me get to the place on the form itself.
