Very pleased for the most part

Had only one problem. After my federal and state returns were e-filed, my state return was unavailable for downloading or printing. In the download/print screen, there was nothing in the upper box and in the lower one was the message "Your return is currently unavailable to view, print, or download because some of the forms haven't been finalized yet". When I
chose to be notified when it was available I received the message "Unable to load messageid. No forms or products have been specified",

I have used turbo tax as my tax software since 2006. I find it easy to use and their explanations help function is very informative. I will continue using this software.
