I have used TurboTax for some years and have always been very satisfied with the software. However, this year I was unable to transfer my information to the new form which was disappointing. Would have been convenient if there was an option to use "chat" or a phone number for support.

I have been using Turbo Tax for 15 years, 1040 EZ - 1040 Itemized and for Small Business. I have never once had an issue with State or Federal IRS.

First year filing after retirement, and inheriting a couple IRA's (with some RMD's) and getting a little unemployment. All easy peasy with TurboTax!
