I've used Turbotax for many years for myself, family members; and even to do Estate Taxes for a late family member; and I don't know how I'd have done it all without Turbotax -no lie! Our situation is sometimes complicated/detailed; and ever-changing, so I really appreciate the software's ability to handle all of it - all in one place. Occasionally I've needed to call in with a question, and I've been able to get answers quickly; thought a Chat feature would be nice, too.
The only other suggestions I'd have is to please find a way to make charities sortable by alphabet. That may not seem like a big deal, but it would make my life SO much easier. In fact, if *all* places for multiple entries could be sortable - at all- that would help. And enable *Cntr + F" for easy searches on pages.

TurboTax reduces stress

Having previous TT import some info I can see how making changes affects my filing. I did make the mistake of changing to Deluxe when Premier lets me import some data from my investment firms.

Easy BUT misleading

I thought state was free but later realized there was a cost to transmit the form and if you don't like to pay with a card there's another cost on top of that.

TurboTax works great but fees are excessive!

The TurboTax program worked great for filling out Federal and State returns but charging an additional $25 fee to e-file a Michigan state return is ridiculous!
