I have used Turbo Tax for at least the last 5 years. It is easy to use, and I love how it breaks it down step by step. I have no issues and no audits. I do have a recommendation for improvement and that is, it will sometimes ask you to look back at last year's taxes to see if you had a certain deduction (standard or itemized)or tax credit used (for example American Opportunity Credit) and since it uploads my previous TurboTax return, I wish somehow it could also carry that over and know what I used/took so I don't have to look it up. It's not a huge deal since I have a saved copy of last year's return but it would be convenient. Otherwise I look forward to using it in 2022!

My accountant moved to FL, so I did our taxes myself this year using Turbo Tax based on a friend's recommendation. It was very easy to use, and I appreciated all of the explanation boxes and step-by-step progression through the forms. I also liked the review and audit feature for reassurance that I completed my taxes correctly.

the format to enter the W2 changed. The screen flickers between sections or next step. why change the format of the software when it was good.

I like Turbo Tax, always easy to find and purchase before tax season gets into full swing. Sometimes, I need better definition of terms when I click on the link for more information. It works for me and I plan to continue using it.

Needs more explanations during process

Same issues as last year :( I realize that "tax jargon" can be confusing BUT when explaining taxes for the next year, compiled with current tax year, I would LOVE to see too many words to define procedure than have to click the "yes" button AND the "no" button just to find out what my answer is supposed to be!
