Efile State Return

finished up my taxes had $1600.00 refund from federal return, $1200.00 refund from state return wanted to pay state efile and additional charges like I do every year from my federal refund and it wouldn't let me said refund wasn't large enough, fix the problem!

My 3 concerns are: 1st the software told me that I might have to report some sort of alternative minimum tax, then it let me bypass the question on my next sitting. 2nd, I just tried signing up for the subscription service, but I never received an email and so forth. 3rd, I already had accounts under different user names, and it would be nice if I could merge them. Thank you, Joshua

TurboTax is easy and dependable

I've been using TurboTax for 25 years and have never had a problem. The ability to download data from financial institutions saves time and stress. The step-by-step process gives me confidence as to the accuracy of the overall tax return.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

The TurboTax changes for 2021 are too extreme, there are too many pages for an average
tax return, not necessary to have 50 pages of paper. PLEASE RETURN TO THE 2020 VERSION OF TURBOTAX
