Review Process is Full of bugs

I filed and paid my taxes after review was complete. When I started to close the file, it showed I had not completed and filed. I chose continue. I still showed I had not filed. Now what? Have I filed? Have I paid my taxes? I have used Turbo Tax for many years and never had a complaint before.

What happened to TurboTax???

I have used TurboTax for 20+ years. I intentionally buy the CD version because I do not want to file/save data online. Over the last couple of years TT has changed the inputs for W2 so they do not align any longer; along with other subtle changes - that are not good. However, the most egregious changes have been with clearly noticeable modifications to key areas of inputting data in which it is OBVIOUS the data is actually being copied/stored online (like entering W2 info along with other areas). The entries come to a grinding halt while the software makes the connection to the online servers. What before was just an entry of gross wages (box 1) and a tab to the next field turns into a 30 - 60 second pause while the software connects and saves online. This is completely unacceptable in ALL areas of the software! This is also a potential class action lawsuit waiting to happen as I never authorized by information to be stored online. Just the same, entering any data into TT is quite the cumbersome process now; as these processes have slowed dramatically. Likewise, in other areas, the software is not invoking like it should. For example, entering college 1098-T data attempts to use a smooth work-around of questions if it found a 1098-T was entered last year. However, answering the questions as shown does NOT invoke the correct code to actually process the deductions/credits appropriately. The ONLY way to get this to function correctly is to actually delete the stored previous 1098-T college data and student, then re-add this year's 1098-T. When this is done the code immediately processes all appropriate deductions/credits.
All of the above causes me to rate the software as average and on the decline. In the past I would have rated this as absolutely awesome. However, I am at my limit with TT. I have been a faithful user of this software for a long time because it has been awesome. Now, that is not the case and you are about to lose me as a customer if these things are not addressed. Thanks for listening. I hope corrections can handled appropriately to avoid losing many customers (including me) in the future.

Turbo tax easy

had trouble downloading the product but was able to eventually not sure what the problem was. first time I tried all I got was a white page with a blue dot. Tried again a week later and it downloaded without a problem

Support people are VERY helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes the web site help screens and my version of Turbotax do not match IE: they change/improve the product (desktop version) but help screens are not updated to match. Help screen says "just click the XYZ button on the file menu" and there no XYZ button on my version.
