Good stuff as always !

Been using Turbo Tax for 21 years with outstanding results. My results are as good as when I was self-employed using a professional accountant who happened to be a state auditor. He did real good work for me for 20 years. So has Turbo Tax.

Everything was great until I went to pay my $25 to file my state taxes. The pop-up window was so large that I had to change from landscape to portrait, back and forth back and forth to find the buttons. When looking up if anyone else had this issue, it seems that many others had this issue. It is something that Turbo Tax needs to fix!

Worst experience filing taxes ever.

E-file keep being rejected by IRS for trying to pay the tax. Have always filled forms by hand with no issue. Turbotax keeps saying AGI is incorrect so I pulled my Tax Transcript with no IRS Code given. I AM not happy and looks like I will have too file by paper anyway. I think I should get a refund and I hope the IRS doesn't go fully electronic.

Filing taxes is easy to follow. I like the fact that I can do it at my pace and it checks for any errors.

Great products but needs some clarification

I needed to complete an Identity Theft Affidavit this year. I did not feel it was clear as to whether you could e-file your taxes and mail the affidavit or not. The software did allow me to begin the e-file process but I stopped after reading comments from users that you would get an error if you tried e-filing. I think the software should recognize the affidavit and stop you from even trying to e-file....and explain why.
