I love the all the features, but especially how I can look at the forms to make sure that I did not miss something. The guidance system is awesome, and it picks up possible mistakes for you to verify or correct.

Convenient, Fast, but a Few Things to Know

I like using the software and it makes doing your taxes easy. It's also accurate. The "free" ads you see are a little misleading, however, as you have to pay for a second state and then pay more when you actually file that second state. In reality, the whole thing isn't free since you've got to pay for the software.

Serious Update Issues with Turbo Tax Deluxe 2021

Updates to the forms took several hours and some research to finally get the latest update. Basically, had to uninstall and reinstall the Turbo Tax program. This was after rebooting several times, downloading and attempting manual install several times with NO success.

TurboTax Is Overall Good

Obviously some glitches with the software this year that still haven't been fixed.. Some pages will not allow you to enter information. Thank goodness for the TurboTax community finding solutions. Very frustrating problem.
