I have used this product for 15 years and is an easy way to do your taxes. The interview method is a great way to input information and EasyStep makes it easy to look at individual forms.

Good program, but still has issues

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I like it, and it is usually easy to get through. My problem, however, has to do with the UAW-GM Legal Services Plan. In the past the Plan has issued a W-2 form, but now sent a 1099-MISC. The program does not know how to handle this benefit. It requires digging through the help files online for a solution, usually from an expert. This can be quite time consuming and sometimes does not work.

I have been having trouble with filing my taxes Ispent two days trying to figure out what I did wrong. My agent told me to click one button and the taxes were filed. Yeah!!!

TurboTax is Great Except for State e-file fee

Been using TuboTax for as long as it has been around. This was going to be the first year I tried efiling but when I got to the state and discovered a $25.00 fee to do so, I said forget it. I used Deluxe with the State Return, which costs more to start with.
