Trying to find answers to questions is like looking for a needle in a haystack. And often confusing or conflicting instructions mar the user experience. If I hadn't been using this product for the past thirty years, I'd probably look for something a bit more robust. Like a CPA with experience.

harder to follow

I have been using Turbo Tax for a very long time and this is the first time that I had a hard time fingering out where to put the info. I do ours and my In-laws so there was paperwork that had form numbers deferent then what the forms (ins) had.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
