Turbo Tax is awesome!

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I'm amazed at how easy the program is. Believe me, I am no super genius but using Turbo Tax makes me feel like one!!

I've been using Turbo Tax since I filed My first tax return. It's so easy to use, takes you step by step through everything, explaining everything clearly. It's the quickest way to file taxes and I get done in no time.

Lots of problems this year

Had to get at least two levels of customer support to get turbotax installed this year. There was and still is an issue with the DNS setting when installing and getting the latest updates. Never had that problem before. the import function for my W2s did not work this year. Need to get this squared away before next year.

I am very used to Turbotax, so it's nice to see not very much has changed. I started using the online version, but it was NOT user friendly, so I went back to the old faithful CD.

Happy with Turbo Tax for 2 plus decades

Still appreciate the ease and simplicity of T Tax. My only complaint is this year I was unable to pull up just CA to print to mail in. In years past Federal and State were separate. I'm not happy with whatever update tied the two together.
