Not Sure What Happened to Your Product

I have been using this product for YEARS and this is the first time I can say that it has changed....for the bad. It's missing a few prompts. It got my W2 info correct from last year's return, but didn't prompt me to enter this years amounts. Went straight to the done with W2 screen. Did that a few times on other sections as well. Just seemed really glichty.

Turbo Tax is Still Great

I still love my Turbo Tax after many years of worry free tax filings. Even though I usually know which areas to go to for my filing, I always let Turbo Tax guide me through the sections. New things pop up from time to time, and being guided through the return gives me a better feeling about not missing anything.

Still Simple and thorough

Turbo Tax walks you through everything which is especially important this year with all the covid and stimulus payment/ child credit stuff. Put in all your information and it checks, asks questions and double checks to avoid delays in tax returns.
