2021 tax program

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I used Turbo Tax this year. It did not save the file properly. It kept saying the file was corrupted. It would not reopen the file. Had to do it again to get it to save properly.

Can be improved

Let me check a box that will let me start typing in payors rather than taking me through the download steps three times before asking if I want to enter the information manually.
Let me see a list of past payors and charities. As it is, I entered some manually before seeing that they were already in the form (it did ask at the start, but that didn't carry through to the actual entry of amounts). It seems as if older versions didn't have this issue.
Let me pre-select the state return I want to use before starting my federal return. You can give me the option to change it later.
