Updating Bug Needs To Be Fixed

Once any update is downloaded the extraction process takes close to 10 minutes to complete before the update is installed. When the extraction process appeared to freeze after being 90% complete, I waited a couple of minutes then stopped Turbo Tax and tried again and again. Finally went out and searched the Turbo Tax community to discover that the extraction process was taking approximately 10 minutes. So I tried to update one last time, and sure enough; after approximately 10 minutes the extraction was completed and I could install the update. The extraction should never take that long!

Instructions are well laid out and defined, turbo tax goes to great lengths to ensure accuracy and savings. I have used Turbo Tax for many years, and will continue to do so in the future, they have a solid product, at a very good price.
