IT WAS FAST AN EASY FOR ME TO USE. I DID THE DOWNLOAD WHICH ALWAYS TAKES A LONG TIME; HOWEVER, UNDERSTANDABLE SINCE EVERYONE IS TRYING TO GET THEIR TAXES DONE

1095-A

Had a great experience with some issues regarding the 1095-A input for my son's return. I was reluctant to call the 24/7 help line, but was glad I did, as I was handled professionally and quickly by Matthew who was very patient and walked me thru the issues.

Download is a pain

I tried to download the software on my laptop to prepare a senior relative's return and it told me I had already done a download when I hadn't. Basically it added more work as I had to bring everything back to my home to use my desktop.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I got to the end and I owe state taxes- OK, I'll pay that by mail... but there is no option for that. I can e-file my state return (for $25) or file my taxes later. Selecting this option almost ends the program. Where is the File By Mail option for state taxes option? There isn't one! I had to pay the $25 to e-file. This should also be free in TT, as my state does not charge to e-file.

Disappointed this year

I have used TurboTax for years, always without problems. This year they were late supplying forms, specifically 8853. I had taxes done by early February, but had to wait until late March until the form was ready. Very aggravating, and disappointing.
