Turbo Tax Makes Taxes Easy (But NOT FUN!!!)

Been using TT for years. It is easy to use and I trust it!!!!! I enjoy being able to do my taxes from the comfort of my own home at my own pace.

Free State return???? Cost $ 25.00 again this year

Didn't import enough info. just basics. We never get a "free state return" this never happens! We end up always paying for the state return. This is ongoing yearly. Takes forever to complete taxes.

Worst tax year ever

I've used turbo tax for a long time, this may well be the last. Can't save file because it's locked? Can't file return for technical reasons. Having to put the same info in multiple times during filing process... bank routing and account numbers FOUR TIMES!!???!!!!

Turbo Tax cannot Efile our Federal return
