I love Turbotax

Turbotax walks me through everything, which makes it nearly impossible to forget something important. I also especially like the feature that allows me to download my financial information.

TurboTax does not work on a MacBook Air

TurboTax does not work on a MacBook Air. It would not save so we could not file. We had to manually transfer everything to a PC. Also, Intuit account payment did as a user. I had to log in as a guest.

Economical, detailed, accurate, and easy to use. Walks you through the entire process step by step. I've used Turbo Tax for at least 15 years, and I've never had an issue. E Filing is quick, secure, and easy, and returns are normally received within a week or so. Highly recommend!

Great product, most of the time

Ordered a download accidentally. Thought I was getting a disc. What a pain in the butt! Will never buy a download again. Took me hours to get it loaded and then it asked for a license code that was not supplied. Will buy the disc next year from a retailer, not attempt to buy on line.

TurboTax is user-friendly

I have used TurboTax every year to file my returns. It's easy and quick. You do not need to be a "math-person" or someone with a financial background to use TurboTax.
