Another year of no usability improvements

TurboTax churns out the exact same software product year after year with no usability improvements. Pure profit machine with no budget allocated to customer experience advancement. For example, why can't I save my bank account info and driver's license info? Why do I have to re-enter that every year? At least copy what I entered for federal into my state submission. The wizard flows can also be excessively rigid -- if I want to recheck one specific piece of information, don't make me have to go through an entire wizard again just to get to it.

I file with Turbo Tax every year and now that my kids are working on and off here and there I now use Turbo Tax to file their taxes. great easy to use product
