CD or Download

I found the CD/Download problematic. I had to reach out to a Turbotax agent initially and also when I went back to complete the filing of my taxes. I've filed Turboxtax for several years and wonder why I could not just sign-in to my account and complete the download. All my personal and work information from previous years would have just automatically filled in.

Excellent Tax Software, but one of the things I love most about the product is the most excellent customer support TurboTax provides. Fast, Friendly, and Effective. First class for sure.

Rejected for IND-032-04 Spouse Prior year pin but you do not offer a workaround for that
