Although I did not use TurboTax live for questions, I do have some concerns. Not being able to "save as" is an ongoing concern since I never know if the inputs have been saved! Near the end of the input, etc., a message came up to access a form for needed additional information; however, no link or number for the Federal Form. This was very time consuming to find the form. Overall the software is reassonably useful and user friendly but still in need of some tweaking.

I was able to complete our return in 2 hours. TurboTax coupled with a money management tool like Quicken made tax filing very easy.

Been using turbotax for years. I find it to be a good program. I just think it is expensive to buy the program and then have to pay a fee to file state tax. WHY DO I HAVE TO CHANGE MY NICKNAME EVERY YEAR???????
