I have used TurboTax for 18 years. It is so incredibly easy to use. I feel confident I am getting the maximum refund possible. I recommend TurboTax to anyone who is looking to complete their taxes quickly with the least amount of hassle and expense!

Easy To Use

Having produced my own tax returns for nearly 15 years (without the benefit of an accountant or software) and then transitioned to using TurboTax for the last 12 years, I can tell you that TurboTax makes the arduous task of tax preparation easy and with much less second-guessing. It still takes a bit of time to complete, but TurboTax explains each step, notifies you when it suspects you make a mistake, and guides you through a very complex process very simply.

The MOST glitchy Turbo Tax Program ever

We have used Turbo Tax for many, many years. We have never had issues until this year. I have a 2021 MAC with the M1 processor and have used a MAC for a number of years. This year the program would not import my previous year's taxes like it always has.
It would not save despite trying several commuter locations. Tried all the tips found on the Turbo Tax blog.
When I tried to pay to efile my state return, I was stuck in a loop for 15 minutes before I could continue. I entered my credit card information, received a text from my credit card company that the charge was made but Turbo Tax would not let me continue. After 15 minute delay, I was able to continue to efile my returns. Very frustrating.

I've used Turbotax for years. This year, the questions made me skip my college student children' 1099T. I had to go back and review that section and enter the information myself. That saved me $2,000!
