A couple of Turbo Tax issues

1. The interface to import contributions to charity did not work despite trying to get from the Turbo Tax help desk
2. It would be useful if you add the ability to switch aback to the exact place you left rather than having to go bck through numerous steps to get to where you want to go - major topics are easy but inside the major topic it is cumbersome

It took too long to do a simple retiree return. Seems like the program is more about collecting information than reporting it.

Easy to use but hidden charges

I paid $39 for the basic program to have on my desktop. I then had to pay $40 for the State of California taxes. Then when filing, I had to pay $25 plus tax to file my State of California tax return. Any other hidden charges that I don't know about? And its because I chose to use a desktop version instead of an online version.
The CEO of Intuit is making $24,929,237/yr. With COVID causing some of us to lose our job and not able to get another one, its puzzling that we should have to pay to file our state taxes.

2020 went fine

2020 and 10 or more years before--2021 a different story--Last night I spent 2 hours and got no ware, never even got to point to enter my code, too many changes that do not make sense, it took 1/2 hour just to load fed and state data, then Quit and shut down

Nothing to rave about because not super user friendly in the step-by-step mode, but after a few adjustments on the forms themselves it worked fine.
