Overall Good, but install problems

First time using Turbotax. Kept getting a "file not found" error when trying to save my file. I lost everything. That is a very illogical error message for what the real problem was. I reinstalled, downloaded and reinstalled, did the updated, restarted my computer several times. This did not work as suggested. Each one of these times I lost my data. Finally I search the Internet and found that Windows Defender was not allowing Turbotax to a certain folder! I am an IT person and I figured it out, but the average person would not be able to fix this problem on their own. The installer program should check for this problem and add Turbotax to the folder. I burned quite a bit of time on this problem. The program works well enough. There was one form I deleted that kept popping back up and I could not find a way to answer the question again to get rid of it either. I finally put "dummy" answers in the form.

The Macintosh version has bugs, but with the online support I was finally able to get my return filed.
