Sometimes the HELP section is confusing to those of us who only do this thing once a year. Try to remind yourself to know your customers and keep it Simple.

Confusing area

The option to use the credit card or pay the $40 was confusing. I filled in all the info to use my credit card and it just stopped after that. It gave no option to continue. I didn't appreciate having to pay $40 but felt I had no other option. Otherwise using turbo tax is easy.

I enjoyed all the guiding steps now that I am using a standard deduction for a family of 5 with children. I liked the hyperlinks when I was confused, and TurboTax website also answered any questions that I couldn't figure by the program alone. I would recommend!

Never Again!!

If I could give a zero I would. I will never purchase your product again. It was good in previous years, but not now. After more than 5 extra hours over two days, I finally found a solution to why my fed tax was rejected - from a chat room. AGI only entered for one spouse, and zero for the other when filing jointly the previous year. You could have explained that!!! Also could not e-file my Michigan state tax for weeks, waiting for a March 17 software update. You didn't know about that before January 1 and it took 2 1/2 months to rectify!!! Never again!
