Product was going fine until filing and the refund and guarantied max refund did not match
as well as being charged $40 more dollars for processing

I've been using Turbo Tax since it was a DOS program, a lot of years, and I will continue to do so. It's convenient, simple, and it works. My only complaint is that the program contains advertisements to buy more Intuit products, which I resent.

Unable to change investment interest deduction question. I entered under wrong column but couldn't delete or re-enter, only option was update.

turbo tax is easy to use
