Product was well designed and easy to use. The only issue was when filling out the IRS IP - Pin you should state that YOU MUST USE THE IRS IP PIN that you have used in previous electronic fillings. Do not create a new IP Pin number. If you do your filling will be rejected

JUST A LITTLE PROBLEM

well, two actually. I tried using the additional info section, however i could not get access at that time. i then had to spend a minute or two trying to get back to my tax form. Also, why would TurboTax insist that I file a Florida tax form, when there is no FL state tax? Just curious. I thought something might have changed.

Turbo Tax, was the worst I have ever experienced!!

Had a hard time launching it at times. I had to uninstall and re-install. I would question whether I would want to purchase it again. Poor performance for 2021.

I found this version to be harder to understand than previous versions. The questions were not as clearly worded.
