Turbo Tax Continues to Disappoint!

The delay in having IRS Form 8853 available is unacceptable! Also, the program does not clearly provide a pathway for entering the information from Form 1099-LTC. I had the same problem last filing season.

When entering repetitive W2G information, ask for repeats and autofill the name, address, phone, or as much information as possible so the user doesn't have to retype it multiple times.

Another Great Year With Turbo Tax

This is the 10th year we have used Turbo Tax and it becomes easier each year. At 80 years of age I was able to understand all the directions and completed the job in one day. We waited a day to file the IRS taxes and looked it over before filing the finished return. Good thing we looked it over before sending it because there were a couple of mistakes which we easily corrected.
This was truly a great experience and we recommend it highly.
