It's OK.

Print has improved. But want Sch. A for records but program won't let me unless I fake entry somewhere to get over std. deduction. It gets more complicated each year but not just because tax law changes. EYES FAILING! CANNOT READ "LEARN MORE'S. EVEN WITH MY MAGNIFYING GLASS. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS!

Easy to follow. I like that it imports important info from previous year. I like being able to compare last year to this year with regards to income.

seems to be pretty thorough with explanations and walking you through every step. sometimes a bit difficult to figure out exactly where they are going or why certain questions are asked - more explanations might help.

you seem to ensure I have invested a lot of time in the final filing before I see the charges and pay (again) for the state filing. I know its coming but its still annoying - I will be glad when you have credible competition!
