Update Issue

It all went well as in past years using this program, but when getting to the final phase where a last minute program update was done the program would not finish. I had to do the manual update before completing my taxes.

Turbo Tax make it easy

The Best Tax Program

Step by step is great to remind me to check all possible entries. Checking for errors gives me confidence that my form does not have any errors! I've used it for the last 8 years. I'm 89 years old and I can still use it with confidence.

Some frustrations

Two difficulties I encountered:
1) I did not see the tiny link (in blue) to enter my license number near the beginning. This meant I finished the entire return but then needed almost an hour of help from customer service to avoid paying a second time for the software.
2) It would be nice if the way to save as a PDF on the user's computer were made more obvious: for example, as a separate option, not a choice under the print preview menu. I printed 29 pages that I did not need or want to, before I understood the process.
