I ran into some problems with my 401K RMD distrbution and TurboTax support was able to assist me with LIVE support. Support people were awesome!!

TurboTax at final review of Federal and State payment say's, "state and federal is free efile",
Only federal is, charged for state.

1099-Misc still mishandled!

Program still does NOT insert my 1099-misc information in the proper form. I still have find the correct spots on a hit and miss fashion to get the info recorded correctly.
