turbo tax was perfect

The forms are getting better each year but still seem pricey for a standard deduction. The program is much easier to work that the government's work sheets.

I have been using TurboTax for many years and have always been satisfied with the product. When I have had any questions I have used the Help available through the program. To date I have not need to contact a representative.

Not as user friendly as in the past.

It took longer than in the past to complete the process (no dramatic changes in my tax situation). It seems switching from "forms" and back to "guided" wasn't as smooth as in the past. My largest problem was with state filing. Where I was interrupted to pay the $25 fee that I wasn't aware of and then had difficulty in getting back to the state site for tax payment. I was also required to print a payment voucher although I was paying on-line. Lots of problems this year. Not at all fun and hours of wasted time! I want to add that I have used Turbotax for over 25 years.
