Turbo tax is so easy

I can't imagine paying someone hundred's of dollars to figure my taxes when Turbo Tax can do it so easily and at my convenience. I just love it!

It is good program overall. It is difficult to access forms. Also I thought Stae filing was included but it is not. Shpould have that option. Also the cost of state downloads is too high.

very easy to navigate and helpful on getting a good refund. Expensive to do direct deposit. Thought we were helping with paper work and it cost us more.

Turbo tax needs work. Using windows 11

I used windows 11 to refile my turbo tax for 2019. I had problems entering corrections. Seems like no matter how many I corrected an input correction information did not save. So, I started to save each change. In some instances, the correction displayed correctly on forms for the final save. Yet in some cases the corrected inputs were lost when I printed the forms.
