TurboTax makes it so easy

I have a pretty easy tax return, but I dread doing it. It only took me a couple hours to get my financial info together and enter the info in TurboTax. Tax return is submitted, no sweat.

Easy to download and activate. Makes an undesirable job of filing much easier. The ability to download directly from my financial institution makes it easier to track my financial transactions every year.

TurboTax continues to improve and simplify

I dread every tax year not knowing what new laws and changes will impact filing. TurboTax continues to improve and simplify the process to file and get refunds (or pay) ASAP.

I had no real issues. I did get a refund from NJ this year. In other years I owed them money. I could not figure out why the change, as nothing changed on my end. I'm happy however.

I've contacted Turbo tax help center at various times. All of my concerns were answered. Turbo tax seems to have the proper resources and People to get all the answers and make filing easy.
