It worked OK. Until it didn't. Then, there was no useful help. It kept telling me I had to enter something in the standard charity donation line, even though I was itemizing taxes. So I enetered 0. That wasn't enough. So I entered different amount. IT WAS still wrong. I finally had to ignore the error. Then, when I submitted it, it was wrong for something, either my 2020 AGI or PIN. I checked them - what I entered was the same as last year -but they were still rejected. TWICE. So, I have to mail them. Big help, TurboTax. NOT!

I have used TurboTax for several years and it is straightforward and easy to use. This year was no exception. The program always gives you an explanation for items the IRS asks that make you wonder ..."Why are they asking that question."

I had only one problem when doing the smart check. I didn't know where to find the information that was asked for. I went to the Help page, typed in my question, and it was answered right away and I fixed the problem.
