end not good

Turbo Tax has gone downhill

I have been a longtime user of this tax. I found it to be very user friendly. However, now it has gone downhill. This year it has done me in. It is very hard to understand what to enter. What the IRS is looking for. They use names that I never heard - causing long time lookup. I just hope that I've done everything right and don't get called in.

charitable contributions error issue for a month

There still is a charitable contributions error where the standard deduction in the final form is not correct for married couple filing jointly and the fix provided does not follow the program. Correcting the value in forms fixes it. There is not edit. Oh this has existed for over a month.

Didn't give me a free state return. I purchased TurboTax deluxe. It claimed to give a free state tax return and it did not.
