So easy to use and the support is even easier. They even looked at my taxes and tried to find additional savings for me. Very happy!

Incorrect Refund Amount

The application said I would be getting just over $2,000 back, the government corrected the return and gave me $750 back. Simple return, same as every year, huge discrepancy.

Over 20 years using Turbo Tax

A good experience, as always. The only issue this year was having to adjust the font size occasionally so as to see the interview questions without having to scroll down.

TurboTax still needs work

Many nuisance problems. Previously last years return imported for comparison purposes. Restartred the return 4 times a finally gave up.
After successfully filing, opening last years turbotax should not need to update. The submission is a release, not forturbotax to iupdater.
On tax free funds you ask for which state this iws in. It is in many states and turbotax only accepts one. Add multiple as an option or ask is it applicable for state of residence.
Submittal failed. I was about to give up and mail it in until i checked for updates. after the update turbotax did submit but it should have checked before allowing submission.
Many other bugs

I love Turbotax

I did my taxes and I only had one issue. Based on imported files, Turbotax calculated that I would get a foreign tax credit. However, I was not able to find anywhere in my forms that I paid any foreign taxes. I was unable to remove this credit, but since I opted for the standard deduction, I don't think it even was considered in the end.
