Fairly straight forward with Federal Taxes except redemption of US Savings Bonds. Initially T Tax did not ask I just entered as a 1099_INT. Upon review I had to go back and determine how to make T Tax ask. It required me to check "MORE than 1 box is checked" to get to the option to note it was a US BOND redemption, even though I only had 1 box checked. This was a glaring problem in my state return as is did not identify the income as NON Taxable.. I found the problem when reviewing the forms. This is an example of why you should print out and review hard copy prior to filing. A separate item with MO state return there was no place that showed my BANK Routing and account # for the refund of over payment.

CD version was less intuitive

It seemed to me that I had difficulty reconciling issues this year. I never did find the efile of 2020 instructions to match IRS directions. IRS said I could e-file an amended return. TurboTax said it was closed. Little things like that took more time. I've been using TurbopTAx since early 80's and am not likely to change now. Too old.

TurboTax a disappointment the last two years

For more than 20 years I have been using TT to file my state and federal returns.
Last year (2020) I downloaded the software. My attempt to share it with my son failed.
This year (2021) I had problems with the sign-in, as apparently did others.
May use another brand software for 2022.
