turbo tax is a great program

I have been using Turbo tax over 30 years since it has been computerized
it has been a great tool for me to prepare tax returns i have always used the
professional version program my account number was 0317920650 and I prefer that program

I have been using TurboTax for over ten years. I have had no problems with it. I have introduced other people to it, and they love it.

Some Glitches

Overall, Turbot Tax is great, but I had a problem with my schedule C. There was no data entered, but it kept reporting an error that i needed to remove characters. It sounds like this has been a problem for others for the last couple of years. I had to delete the form, then re-enter all of my data. It was very frustrating!

not as good as in the past

I was not able to access my last year's tax info, even thought it was done with Turbo Tax. I had computer issues last year, so had to use a different computer. As a result, I had to input all my information, and did not have comparisons from last year. Very disappointing!!
