E-FILE RETURN REJECTED TWICE FOR WRONG 2020 AGI

This is the third attempt to e-file. I am getting limited feedback from IRS thru the Turbo tax status that last year's AGI is rejected for being an incorrect matched to the IRS records. Last year's AGI is an automatic input in using Turbo Tax, no keying of that input was necessary in the original e-file. How could that be the error? Limited feedback is provided as to the problem to correct the issue. The AGI is used for security verification only. The AGI originally populated was correct as verified to the actual return, but it was rejected. Further insight is necessary, but no more detail provided. Therefore, I am left to guess as to a correct AGI number to use. I resubmitted using 2019 Amended AGI this time since it was processed last by the IRS in 2020. I am hoping this time it is accepted. I have used Turbo Tax over a decade and never have had an issue with this before. I am ok if it was my incorrect input, but it doesn't tell me that. I could be the IRS is using the last keyed AGI that it worked on from my Amended 2019 Return instead of the 2020 AGI that the program is asking for. There is No way to know what's at issue.

Good service but the Q/A could be improved

The way you treat amortized bond premium could be simplified also a portion of State and Municipal Mutual funds is oftentimes state tax exempt but that is not handled easily when looking at the work sheets

Love the ease of using Turbo Tax. I have been using it for at least 10 + years. I especially like that it will update any new revisions from the IRS.

Turbo Tax made doing returns a snap

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and it gets better each time, it makes doing taxes a snap, I don't have to go through a tax person and pay extra that I don't have to.
