Easy to use. Step by Step, walk me through it is easy to follow. Doing the State form after doing the Federal form is very simple. Just answer the questions.

TurboTax, Enough Said!

I've used TurboTax for many years, and it has only gotten better. It's transfer of information still misses a couple of check boxes, but they catch them in the review, so is easily corrected. The program runs smoothly, flawlessly, and quickly. Now, if they can only get the state e-file fees down to zero it would be the very best.

Need more information

It would be helpful to have access to explanations of how certain amounts were calculated by TurboTax to arrive at the amounts shown on the tax forms. For example, I was using TurboTax Deluxe and trying to understand the calculations for Tax Exempt Interest on bonds and Bond Premiums. I had to do considerable research on my own outside of TurboTax to understand the calculations. Perhaps this information is available in FurboTax, but I do not know how to find it.

E-file?

Processing my taxes through Turbo Tax was relatively easy. Why I gave to program one star was because of two factors: One I could not use the e-filing and, two I could not get through to a live person. This was a disappointment to me!
Pros: My employment status changed this year
