Errors

Turbo Tax has errors in the Indiana State return. It listed my death date as 2021 and I am still alive. Also It does not give instructions for for filing by mail even though it tells me I cannot file electronically.

Good product except e-file issues

The product is good. I had a little trouble finding where to input prior year refund applied to current year. My bigger complaint is paying to e-file and not having it work. I am a retired CPA so I know where to find my AGI and it was entered correctly. Not being able to access a live person to explore other e-file options is frustrating.

One Annoying Problem

TurboTax was great overall. When it came to e-filling, I ran into a problem with AGI. I had the right number, but it did not work. I had to use ID me to verify my transcript. The number matched there. However, I did have a small balance. Paid that. Today it worked correctly. Not sure why. Maybe it was due to having a balance. An answer to this question would be appreciate. Great product overall.
