Easy walk-through of all documents and numbers needed. Always an explanation of what the document from IRS covers and why it would be needed. I have used chat area before and it is very quick and efficient.

TurboTax keeps getting more and more money from me

I do like how easy TurboTax makes my life but it is getting very annoying how much they charge for everything. That new refund transaction fee of freaking $40 is ridiculous. We are just paying for a few seconds of computer time.

Turbo Tax very user friendly don't need to know anything about during taxes to complete your own without errors. Wish I found this program years ago.
